What are your packaging specifications?

Accepted Answer

Liquid Palatants: Usually packed in 1-ton IBC totes or 25kg sealed plastic buckets/cartons.

Powder Palatants: Usually packed in 25kg or 40kg kraft paper bags with inner plastic lining, depending on the product type.

Hydrolyzed Animal Protein: Usually packed in 25kg or 40kg kraft paper bags with inner plastic lining, depending on the product specification.

What is your lead time and minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard lead time is 7-15 working days after order confirmation. We offer flexible MOQ to support both trial orders and large-scale production. Please contact us for specific details.

Which port do you ship from?

Accepted Answer

By default, we ship from Qingdao Port, as it is the closest to our factory and can help save some shipping costs. If you need the shipment from another port, we can also accommodate that.
